I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience made me uncomfortable from the start. When I arrived, I was waiting in the lobby and was then told to move to another room that looked like a laundry or utility room with a tub and a closed door. I had assumed it was the message room, for that reason I went in. Once I was in then it registered. I was confused and felt uneasy, as it did not feel like an appropriate waiting area. I was later taken to the massage room. The session felt shorter than what I was charged for. When I raised this concern, the price was lowered. Despite this, I was repeatedly pressured to leave a tip, which made me even more uncomfortable.
