Horrible experience. One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had in my life. Owner asked us multiple times if he could “help us find anything” in a very accusatory way throughout the time my family and I were there. It was our first time and there is a lot of inventory so we were looking around for what they had to offer and after 10 minutes of looking we were told if we weren’t buying anything we had to leave. We had items to purchase in our hands at the time and said we were just finishing up and the jerk doubled down and told us we had been there for 2 hours and needed to buy or leave?!? Not the type of business owner I would support. They definitely do not support the community they are exploiting. Do not shop here.

My DIL loves this store. So I went there to get a gift card for her Cosmetology School graduation. In 2025 who doesn't do gift cards?! This store doesn't. WTH?

VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR PROFILE I was looking for a specific hair color and I only found two packs of it and I needed three, I went to the counter and the man is telling me why did I replace a bag of hair where it was not supposed to be I asked him to show me on the cameras which bag I replaced he couldn't and he wasn't even sure if it was me who replaced the bag and he told me to go and put it back. I touched so many different hairs in there and so how was I going to know which one was replaced. He was so rude and disrespectful 😤 I left the place with nothing

If I could give a worse rating, I would. Terrible place. Items poorly stocked, store in disarray, manager/owner is foul and rude. Greatly lacking in customer service. I would make the drive a few mins further to go to the hair store across town rather than ever step another foot in to this establishment

I went shopping here with my grandmother, and she loved it. I’m so happy that I found it.
