They are racist. We had a reservation that I made online. I even spoke to a woman on the phone before making the reservation. Not once was I told they were too busy. I told her what time and what services I was looking for. She told me they were available. The online platform allowed me to make the reservations. However when my son and I arrived, the woman working there looked surprised. She called a man from the back and he too looked surprised. Then they proceed to speak in their mother tongue for awhile. I was obvious she was telling him to do something regarding us. He made a call (or pretended to), let us stand at the entrance waiting to be told where to go for five minutes. Then all of a sudden, he says "sorry, busy". The woman echoed the same thing, adding "come back tomorrow". I wa

Overall, I don’t recommend this place, as I found them generally unprofessional and with poor practices. The massage therapist did not ask me anything before starting (intensity of pressure, areas to focus on, anywhere to avoid, etc.). The rooms are set up so that your legs point to the door/curtain, which felt very awkward because the massage therapist kept not fully draping my groin and also kept opening the curtains to talk to other people mid-session. She had her phone on the table, and I could feel it buzzing repeatedly in between my legs while she was working on my lower body, which is extremely inappropriate. She also kept going over my shin bones instead of any muscle, which is poor technique, not to mention painful. Only decent part of the massage was the work on my shoulders, whi

I have been in twice and both times I left feeling incredible. To be clear, this is a no frills place - they talk through the walls (minimally), and yes, their English is limited, but the place is very clean and they do great work, especially for the price. If you have a lot of tension like I do, they will get it out. I think body work is a better term than massage because it is not necessarily relaxing, in fact it can be quite painful but that is part of the process. It's like they can see where your worst parts are and they go right for it. I will be going at least once a month for maintenance. Thank you!

This was my first experience here and it left a lot to be desired for me. First barrier:language. Only one lady at the reception and she did not speak any English. I struggled to communicate what services I had booked and had to try google translate. And we all know google capacity to translate mandarin. Therefore instead focusing on my lower back and glute, I received a massage focused only on my shoulder and neck. On top, it was not symmetrical. My left side received almost all the attention. My right side was left wanting. The massaging technique is primarily pressing on the bones instead of focusing on the muscles, therefore extremely painful. I was not used to such techniques but can confirm this is not everyone's cup of tea. The language barrier made it impossible to communicate whet

Very good massage but experience is kind of a scam. I booked for a female therapist, got confirmation text for a female, and a female led me into the room when I got there, but then a male came in and did the massage after I was laying down. During the massage he asked to add on 10 extra minutes and I agreed, but at the end I found out he did an extra thirty and so they charged me for an extra thirty, which I hadn’t agreed to.
