She took the time to explain every product she used on my hair and made sure I understood each step of the process, which I really appreciated. Nalani never rushed and paid close attention to every detail. My hair turned out absolutely amazing — I truly love her work! I left feeling confident and refreshed. I can’t wait to see her again. I love going to Karen Allen! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, from the time you walk in until you leave. They don’t try to upsell you on products or services, which I appreciate very much. Kelsi, who does my hair, is so detail oriented and a joy to talk to. Naomi does my facials and she is always so attentive to my skin needs. My Karen Allen time is my “me time”…and I am grateful for how they’ve always respected that and help make it happen every time.

Lindsey was super helpful and fun to talk with! She took on a pixie cut for me and styled it really cute. She made sure I was happy throughout the process and welcomed feedback if I wanted anything changed. The salon was very nice and other staff were friendly. The shoulder and arm/hand massages were complimentary and $20 was taken off since I was a first time customer. Great and fun experience!

Today was my first visit to the salon and I just had an incredible haircut with Kelsi, and I can honestly say it was one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. I had no idea the service included a shoulder, arm, and hand massage—as well as a scalp massage during the shampoo—and it was absolutely amazing. I also really liked that the shampoo chair was super comfortable and didn’t put any pressure on my neck. The essential oils (lavender and bergamot) made everything even better. So relaxing! Kelsi was extremely professional from start to finish. She gave me the exact cut I asked for and somehow made it even better. She’s clearly skilled with both scissors and a razor, and she blew out and styled my hair beautifully. Her mentee was also assisting and was just as kind and professional

I couldn’t be happier with my daughter's highlights! Bailey did an absolutely incredible job from start to finish. She really listened to our concerns, and what my daughter wanted. She gave us thoughtful recommendations based on her expertise, which we truly appreciated. My daughter loved how her hair turned out!
