Matthew and the entire staff is warm and friendly. I have been looking for a new professional and I 100% found it in Matthew and the salon. Matthew listened with patience to my concerns and corrections that I was looking for. He applied his expertise and developed the perfect color and cut to augment my curls and produced the outcome I was hoping for. The entire experience was top tier and I will forever be a loyal customer.

Natalia and the staff at Karen Allen Salon were absolutely wonderful! They were extremely accommodating and understanding of my allergies, and made sure that products used on my hair won’t cause any issues. Natalia was so welcoming and did an outstanding job with my haircut! I’m so glad I found Natalia and this salon. This was my first time coming here and definitely won’t be the last. Matthew was so friendly and talented. He listened to my concerns and didn’t mind that I had no real ideas or inspo pics. He gave me a great cut without trying to cut off all my long hair, and took me from blonde to brown for the first time in almost 20 years with beautiful results. I’m definitely a new regular!

Spencer did an amazing job on my hair!!! My hair was down to my waist and other hair stylists would refuse to cut it, but Spencer was confident with amazing customer service and gave me an absolutely stunning hairstyle and cut. Samira provided a great experience from the beginning to the end. I showed her two pictures of styles that I wanted. She was able to convey the exact things that I liked from those pics onto my hair. She got my hair to the perfect blonde that matched me perfectly. I walked out feeling like a different person and felt so excited with my new look. She was also a joy to talk to with.
