I absolutely love how personable Karen is. And the fact that she takes her time on your nails and feet. She doesn't make you feel like you're just a number that's in and out like big nail places do. She takes the extra step to make sure each design you present her is created to your liking. She makes personal bags with your name on it to hold your own files, etc, that are used on just you. I love coming to see Karen to get my nails done. With the Gel X, my nails look great for 2-3 weeks between visits and I'm not gentle on them at all. Highly recommend.
