Kasson Nails

I came in due to the tip of my right hand broken off, which i knew was coming due to an underside knick. I went in so I wouldn't have to stink up my house for one tip. The left finger which is sleek, slim, and perfect is my own work. The chunky, uneven nail is Kasson Nails work. Extremely disappointing. There was no one in the salon. So, no reason to rush. The nails were not compared before painting, she rushed through filling and filing and globbed on the polish. I will now be fixing it at home to match my own nail. The saying "if you want something done right, do it yourself" is no lie. I am trained and experienced in acrylics (25yrs) and the work done here was just sloppy. I also had to initiate conversation as the tech was more concerned with watching tv vs engaging with me, the client

Kinda bummed with my experience here so far. They got me in last minute which I greatly appreciate. I got a full set acrylic & I tried asking for the excess of my last set removed, she would not remove it. She also didn’t file the extra acrylic that was on my skin so my nail is already lifting & I got them done 3 days ago. Every time I would point something out she would get frustrated and be rude. I am hoping that next time I try this place I have a better experience! I love supporting small town businesses.

I haven't been here in almost 20 years (haven't lived here in that time) and they are still just as friendly, efficient,and great as before! I am so grateful for a small town nail salon who does such a great job and makes you feel at home!

I called last minute to get my nails done for Christmas and Tanya very cheerfully got me right in. We talked and laughed like old friends through my appt and she did an amazing job on my nails. Both John and Tanya are such nice people and I will definitely be back.

Don’t plan to go here if you have other plans that day. Had an appointment made ahead of time and arrived ahead of time and they were still working on 3 other people 15 min into my scheduled appointment. I unfortunately just had to leave as I needed to go back to work
