Kathy Nails 21

I had a very disappointing experience at Kathy Nails 21. My friend and I were treated poorly from start to finish. We were kept waiting over 4 hours, which is completely unacceptable, especially without proper communication or updates. When the service finally started, the nail design was nothing like what I asked for. I clearly explained and showed what I wanted, but it was not followed, and the quality of the work was very poor. On top of that, my fingers were cut during the service, which shows a lack of care and professionalism. Things became even worse at checkout. After expressing our concerns about the excessive wait time and terrible service, we were yelled at and treated rudely when we said we didn’t feel comfortable paying full price. Been going since high school I’m 40 now no complaints the same two ppl does my nails,pedicure & eyebrows Kathy does my nails/eyebrows and ce does my toes. She does amazing manicures too. She sits where you dry your feet the station right next to the dryers you’re welcome

I've been going to Nails 21 for over 10 years now, and I can't recommend them enough! I absolutely love when Kathy does my nails. She's amazing at what she does. I usually get acrylics in a coffin or oval shape, and they always last for about a month :) Kathy is super friendly and always tries to bring your nail art designs to life. I always bring her a challenge/ an idea for my nails lol, and she never disappoints. I highly recommend <3

I had a 5:00 PM appointment for a pedicure and manicure. I didn’t get started until 6:30 PM. Only my toes were done first, and by 7:30 PM my nails were still only halfway finished. My nail tech then left me mid-service to work on other clients, while walk-ins were being taken and prioritized over me despite my appointment. When it came time to pay, I calmly said I would only pay for my pedicure, since my nail service was never completed. At that point, the staff began yelling at me, becoming very aggressive and disrespectful. I was shocked by how the situation was handled. There was no professionalism, no communication, and no attempt to resolve things calmly. Delays happen, but screaming at a customer is unacceptable. My nails are off the hook~ love my nails!~ love going here, these ladies really know what their doing! Highly recommend everyone to come here!
