All technicians were very courteous and caring. The environment was exceptionally clean and sanitary. Work performed was wonderful, with attention to detail.

I love getting my nails and feet done at Kathy Nails. The stuff treat you like your at home. I have no complaints. If my nails mess up they fix it with no problem. I be very pleased with my nails and feet when they done. If I don't know what color to get David pick my color out. Mi Mi does my design I just tell her do whatever. I'm always pleased with my nails and feet.The stuff having you laughing and show u lots of love ❣️ also they offer you water and chips.

I went to this place yesterday night because there was a misunderstanding with my appointment time at my usual place that's 3 mins up the street from them. I was seen right away by MiMi. The customer service was great. She finished up pretty quickly, which I wasn't mad at. It's when I got home and saw it under my own lights that I saw some imperfections. The paint was laid on thick and I had alot of paint on my skin around the nail. It was two coats and a matte coat. It was giving green seedless grape vibes. I was going to settle with it. Until I got in the shower, all went left. My nails started to bubble more than my soap. Brings me to today's morning shower, it got even worse. Got my nails done at this place for my wedding. It was my first time ever ever getting them done so it was definitely a new experience. My nails felt heavy at the end of the day lol And they were so nice and answered any questions I had because there were so many things that I was unsure about. And that was really sweet about the man who was taking care of of my hands. The only complaint I have about this place that they were not very clean. I saw mouse droppings on the table where I was putting my hand under the lamp. And it was very upsetting because of how insanitary it was. Aside from that, my nails worked and they were on for about three weeks I think and it was beautiful. And did not get in the way or snag on anything.
