The rudest cashiers I have EVER encountered! I never go to the hair store, but since I was in the area, I went for my daughter. Well, I couldn’t find what she needed so I went to the front. One cashier’s head was laying on the counter, and the other one told me it was at the end of the row. Really, two of yall doing nothing, and one couldn’t come and try to help me. Well, Ms. Rude checked me out, just handed me the bag, no thank you, no have a nice day. Who trained these people? Sorry to have bothered you. There’s a hair supply place on every corner. Keep that in mind.

This used to be my favorite beauty supply store. The selection of products is unmatched. But they have started playing explicit music with the curse words. It is very unprofessional. I don't mind the clean versions but there's no way I'm bringing my daughter in there with music playing like that. I can't even concentrate on getting what I came to get. Very disappointed that I have to shop somewhere else.

Very helpful and my favorite beauty supply

I am a cancer patient and have recently lost my hair. While I don't mind my new bald look, I thought it would be nice to have some options for different occasions. Without knowing ANYTHING about wigs, I headed to Katy Beauty Supply based on reviews and recommendations and have no regrets. The store is huge and clean. I was told that I was not allowed to try on any of the wigs and while I was a bit disappointed and anxious that I might be buying a wig that was unsuitable, I understand the policy. I continued to shop and both associates in the store were incredibly helpful and answered my questions, no matter how silly they may have been. After consulting with them and taking recommendations, I left the store yesterday with two wigs and could not have been happier with the service and inform
