I made it back to the store PKays after spending $41.41, just 10-15 minutes beforehand. I came back due to them not having one of the packs needed for my style from the shop by chick fil a. At 6:56 pm I was at the door. The fair tone woman and her husband ( I assume ) were present at the time before my departure. The door was closed and locked before 7pm. I politely knocked once. They ignored my calls to the store phone. And I made about 6 calls before 7pm and 16 calls in total until 7:02pm they kept declining and ignoring my calls . There are also cameras all outside the store , so I believe they definitely saw me and just decided not to answer for their own reasons. The next day the owners told me they would not, and could not allow me an exchange within the store or refund my purchase

Great place If you're looking for wigs extensions hair products any of that other than that for beauty supplies they don't really have much for nails.

Love the place very nice people there and they will always care about you and your friends

Lady that helped me was extremely helpful and patient with me and with what I was looking for in the lace front wigs department. Even though they didn't have what I wanted, I still left a very satisfied customer. This was my second time going, and I'll definitely be returning again in the future. Highly recommended. Two thumbs up 👍👍
