Kayla's Nails

I came in asking for a specific design and asked if they could do it. They said yes! I was looking at the design and waiting for it to look better at some point but when it was getting even worse I asked them to stop and to remove it. They got angry. I looked for a very simple design instead and they said “ no design”. I said I came here to get my nails done with a design and they said “no design”. No wonder why it’s always empty. Not recommended. Very unprofessional.

I went here 2 weeks ago to get my nails done. They weren’t the greatest but figured I would give them one more chance. Stood there for 20 minutes to be told no walk ins allowed. Won’t be back

The last photo is my reference photo I had corrected the nail tech multiple times she had even put a gold color and tried to convince me it was white these photos look absolutely nothing like I showed her I asked before hand if they had the gems I wanted and they said yes to find out that was a lie it’s an absolute waste of money these look horrible don’t go here unless you plan on getting short extremely simple nails (I was just there at 10 am this morning) I ended getting my nails fixed my cici

Just got my nails done by Cici and I’m in love. I have been going to Kayla’s nails for about 2 years now and I have always had good experience.

Stopped in for a quick nail fix. The woman stated she was the owner of the shop and they were closed at 6pm. It was 5:22pm. I stated that she should change her Google hours to reflect that and she stated it’s my shop. Poor customer service.
