Kayla’s Pretty Nails

I’ve been going here for the last four months. You have a 50/50 chance of getting the nail tech you book with. First time my nail tech was apparently too busy with her client before me and made me wait 3 hours to get my nails done, only to be handed over to someone else who did a terrible job. Today my nail tech that I booked with two weeks in advance wasn’t there, and this is how my nails come out. Chunky, uneven, they look like someone glued teeth to my hands. Absolutely horrible and embarrassing, I won’t be coming back.

First time here and so glad I tried this salon! Dolores is so great- she is professional, takes her time, and pays attention to detail. She makes sure you are satisfied along the way. The color selection is huge! Staff is friendly and place is tidy. Seems everyone is seated on time for their appointment like I was. Check out their specials too!
