DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT PURCHASE ANY WILD GROWTH OIL FROM KC BEAUTY SUPPLY STORES. I HAVE BEEN A LICENSED COSMOLOGIST FOR 19 YRS AND ONE OF MY CLIENTS HAVE BRA LENGTH AND HAVE BEEN USING THE GROWTH OIL FROM SALLYS BUT THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK SO SHE GOT IT FROM KC AND THE BOTTLES WERE OPENED AND REPLACED WITH SOMETHING ELSE THAT MADE HER HAIR FALL OUT IN AREAS ALL OVER!!!! WE HAVE BEEN ON AN HAIR JOURNEY FOR 5 YEARS AND ALL THAT HAS GONE TO WASTE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY THESE OILS FROM HERE OR ANY OTHER HONESTLY!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES AND THE PRICES ARE REDONKCULOUS!!!!

I love this store I been going here since they opened. But today is the fourth time in a row I asked for a stocking cap from the behind the counter and didn’t receive it literally four times. I got home and noticed after spending $82 for six teams and no stocking cap..The only time I received my stocking cap is when I buy it in a two pack from the first aisle. At first I was like okay it’s only a dollar it’s petty but after the fourth time now I’m thinking it’s being done on purpose

Tyonna was extremely nice and professional … even shared a few laughs!! I stopped coming because the last girl was rude … but I will def come back if she’s here!! ♥️

OMG!! The workers were WONDERFUL!! When we first came in we were greeted by a young lady who was very nice and attentive. We were looking at wigs. The other young lady who assisted my aunt was very patient and helpful! This store has a BIG selection of everything you need for hair care! The music playing in the background was respectful and sounded pretty nice. Will visit again!

I’m always come here the ladies are always so pleasant, sweet, and very helpful. Tyonna was my lovely helper today and I had to leave this review for her. She answered all my questions even though some were very obvious, I was having a day and she was very patient with me and even left from behind the counter to show me where an item was I was looking for. I appreciate you and your great customer service.
