Kendra is always so down to earth!! She makes realistic suggestions and does all she can to make sure you're satisfied with your service. My daughter loves her hair and appreciates even more that Kendra was able to help make her 16th birthday special because the hair we had was NOT it lol but Kendra had something on hand for her. I love her work....colors always on point and you get exactly what you ask for. Great customer service, awesome vibes, great communication and bomb wigs.....Hair quality is a plus and all the wigs I've purchased are still soft and manageable after 6 months plus of styling and texturing.
