Nekicia did my initial install. I'm just relieved it was completed, and felt like I had to bite my tongue until it was. I had issues with her being on time, honoring appointments, and so much more. It was a painstaking, very long experience filled with missed/late, and distracted appointments [while she worked on other things], and other issues that would pop up and interfere. The install took >30 hours, which I would have been okay with if communication was adequate. I understand that I was not her priority, nor did I expect to be...except for the time and attention I was paying her for. Soooo I thought I could manage my locks on my own however, I bit off more than I could chew. After several months of new growth I had to ask a friend if they knew someone. They graciously directed me to Kecia. She gently snatched my edges, gathered this scalp, and brought necessary order to this head of mine. What a miracle worker she is.
