Kathy is great at what she does ! This was my first time coming into her shop I love that she has parking for the shop that made it so much easier compared to other shops on main road with double parking. the salon is not crowded like others she is very professional and knowledgeable I love her confidence! the prices are fair! And the atmosphere is chill, movies playing, clean area. I’ll definitely be coming back!! I recommend this place to anyone in need of a dresser! I called ahead for dreadlock maintenance on caucasian hair and was told she could crochet, which is how my dreads have always been maintained for the past 2 years. I came in she washed my hair it now feels greasy where I've never put anything in my hair but shampoo. And she interlocked my new growth but didn't do anything about the rest of my dreadlocks that needed maintenance and charge me $150. I've never paid more than $100 and it's never taken more than 45 minutes to get my hair done properly now I have to go pay someone else to do it right. Photo included. I don't understand how this is a maintenance. She clearly put something on my roots but my whole head feels greasy.

Went to get my hair braided for vacation and it came out great and is holding up well! Looking forward to booking again!!!

Fast, but overpriced for the quality & level of care. The assistant was clearly new and did not care about my natural hair, breaking it off, braiding over knots. Was bulky and sopping with gel. Parts were okay. Took it down after. Unfortunately it’s the only option in the area.. If they’re going to charge so much they need to at least provide basic braiding hair for one, and two have staff with skills and consideration that actually reflect the price. that's just bare minimum stuff. I paid for the time spent, but would not go back personally…definitely not for braiding. They have other services though..
