Gave my 15 year old son lice. We were unsure where it came from so started calling around, they at least had the moral compass to admit they had “numerous” lice cases recently. They obviously do not clean their devices properly if at all. Will never be going back and will be telling absolutely everyone. They offered no refund for their negligence either. They will simply take your money AND give your children lice. EDIT July 13: this is absolutely true my father called you to inquire as he was the one who took him to the salon, you confirmed “numerous” (your words) cases, he asked for a refund, you refused. The place to go when you live a life that doesn’t always allow for a booked appointment kind ,knowledgable staff with years of experience! Jaime is a personal favourite !

Appointments are normally required but they took me on a walk in basis while we visited the waterfront on vacation. Staff was friendly and I enjoyed the bantor with my barber who was from Columbia. Hair cut was excellent and I was in and out in 30 minutes.
