I've been a patient at Kennerly Dental Group for 40+ years. Drs. Ed & David, and the entire staff, are wonderful. Whether it's semi-annual preventative care or a more complex procedure, the level of care I receive there is second to none. They always acknowledge me by name and take the time to have a brief chat about what I've been up to since my last visit. I highly recommend their practice!! 5++ Stars
Went to Ed here for years and he was great. I assume there was a recent change because the way the staff spoke to me and treated my outstanding bill was completely unprofessional and an utter shock to me. I have paid hundreds of dollars AFTER insurance for years, no questions asked. This time I asked questions and had my appointment cancelled and was ridiculed on the phone by Shelly after missing the no caller ID calls from their insurance bill handler, and not being able to call back due to no call back number. Will absolutely not be returning. I’m so disappointed in this experience.

Called to confirm insurance. Lady rudely said “no” and hung up before I could speak.
I wanted to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Dr. David Schertzer for attending to my 96 year old mom’s urgent dental issues on Saturday, May 17, 2025 when the dental office was closed. Dr. David Schertzer was actually at his son’s soccer tournament when I reached him. Based on my information on my mom’s dental issues and conditions, he offered to see my mom during the brief soccer tournament break. He was able to alleviate my mom’s dental pain and discomfort so my mom could eat properly. Dr. David Schertzer truly has gone above and beyond for his compassion and caring towards my mom on that Saturday, and I truly appreciate his willingness to attend to my mom’s dental issues during his personal time when his office was closed.
