Kensington nails and spa

This place is so fabulous. They did a fantastic job on my nails and I got the acrylic set. Sam was my Nail technician. She did wonderful. Her service was wonderful. They also did my daughter‘s toenails and they did a fabulous job on her also. I 100% recommend this place and I also recommend to book an appointment because it’s very busy in there.

I’ve been looking for a nail salon that actually cares about the quality and aesthetic of the services they produce. Nail artists here TAKE PRIDE in creating a beautiful and long lasting set. They have so much skill here, I’m so appreciative that they care enough to give their clients a warranty on nails. Notably, Josephine is one of the receptionists and is super accommodating with appointments and gets back to clients quickly. She ensured I was taken care of the entire time and checked in with me frequently while Alex worked on crafting a beautiful hard gel nail set for me! So appreciative that they take the time to make the set look good, you probably won’t find better service or nail aesthetic than Kensington. Wish I could gatekeep this place.

I moved from another state and was so worried about finding a nail salon that would do my dip just as good as the one back home, and let me say Kensington nails is incredible! I am so happy with my nails every time I go. The service is always incredible, and it is very clean! I always call ahead to make an appointment and have never had to wait at all. Also, the Vietnamese coffee is a plus. Oh and the best part is they offer a 8 day window where if your nail chips or anything, you can come back and they will fix it free of cost!

I usually have a good experience at this salon, but this last time was so bad. I had expressed to the nail technician that the application of the hard gel was extremely thick (I can’t remember his name and when I politely called to ask, they wouldn’t give me his name, saying they didn’t remember…which is interesting bc they always have before) anyway, he became VISIBLY upset with me and only spoke in his native language. The salon owner came over and I asked her “is he really upset that I expressed my opinion”, She said no, but energy and facial expressions don’t lie no matter what language you speak… and then she took over... This was my first time here. I read all of their amazing reviews. I called and got a same day appointment for an acrylic fill with gel color. Lee did my nails and she was amazing! Everyone in there was nice. Prices are about the same as other places. They offer a drink with your service as well. Thank you all! I will be back again!
