Kentucky Nail

I went to Kentucky Nail at Springhurst near Target to get a manicure before seeing family for the holidays. I’ve only had one manicure before, and that was over 20 years ago, so I truly had no idea what to expect. The woman who helped me was wonderful. She took her time, walked me through the entire process, and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. My hands and especially my cuticles were in pretty rough shape, and she did a great job. I was probably not the typical client and was the only guy in the shop at the time, but everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional. Overall, it was a great experience, and my fingers look much better heading into the holidays. I’m really glad I went.

I'm really disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. Very expensive The shape of my nails was completely messed up and uneven. The paint job looks horrible, especially around the edges - very sloppy and not clean at all. I asked for a French tip, but instead i was given plain white nails. On top of that, the letter they put on my nail is backwards, which shows a lack of attention to detail. I was going to have them redo my nails, but I was in a rush to leave and couldn't stay. I will not be coming back here to get my nails done, and I do not recommend getting your nails done here.

The low scores must have been for the previous owners. I switched my long-time nail salon to go there. Always flexible and accommodating! Prices Are reasonable as well!

They are awesome! Very professional. They work quickly and efficiently to get their customers done. It's conveniently located. I've been to them three times and I am satisfied with their services. My technician was David. He was friendly, a little witty, he worked fast to get my nails done because I had to be at an appointment.
