Ketrose beauty salon

The service is nice but they do a horrible job , 1st the establishment is cold and they over charge. 2nd she pulled all my hair out tried to tell me it was falling out when i have dreadlocs just wanted double twist and she pulled all my hair from the center out and tried to cover it, she also was late and overcharged “DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH” unless you paying cash lol but besides up the street it’s better than this place i promise you and they don’t over charge please i advise i wouldn’t recommend going here .

These ladies are my new favorite people. They not only did a great job wit my 3 kids who are 9, 4 and 3. But they were very kind and caring with them. And I show them a picture and they actually did what was in the picture and not their own thing. I am super happy I find them.

First off, She was an hour late to the appointment, however she did say that her booking website didn’t wasn’t working for her so she didn’t know about it. Which I was annoyed but understood where she was coming from. I asked for a middle part sew in with no leave out and I’m very disappointed with the results.

I stop going here she was always late there was always alot of people there just hanging out so she always gets side tracked in conversations and I end up sitting there for hours there is no consideration for other people‘s time and schedule by always being late or having to step out to make a run not a place I recommend

The first time going there Rose was very late I had to wait almost 7 hours to the point that I left and came back twice, it was ridiculous but couldn't get another appointment for that Saturday....she have a big problem with timing and administering her time. The second time she was ok, so i figure she just had a bad day with her time, but this third time she cancels at last minute after I have taken my braids out.....my hair is a mountain, I am very sad, with not knowing where to go now, especially on a Monday where most of the salons are closed. The service is a 3 stars at best but the inconsistency is really bad. i would not go back neither recommends this salon to anyone because Rose displays complete disregard for people time, work and travel arrangements.
