Berlin is really amazing. I drive all the way from Bowie to Laurel because of how good he is. He is fast and very patient. I never know what nail style I want, but he always makes suggestions and never gets frustrated.

The man that did my nails was extremely disrespectful. He got mad when I tried to express to him that he wasn’t doing my toes correctly. If you want a place where they give you round square shaped toes this is the place to go. They can’t take constructive criticism without getting defensive. He’s lucky I offered to leave without him completing the job. Others would had you do all that work just not to pay you. Then he proceed to call me ugly when I said i didn’t like my nails. Send him back to training.

My nail technician was Lily. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I wanted snowflakes on my nails. She said it wouldn’t look exactly like the picture since it was AI but she did such a beautiful job by hand. I was very impressed. The price was less than what I expected considering the beautiful work done. I will definitely come back.

I came in for a pedicure, and left completely disappointed. It was absolute garbage. The water was as cold as ice and the woman became instantly irritated when I asked if she could hot water. My toenails are uneven and the polish is sloppy. I wouldn't recommend.

I have been going to this shop for quite some time and Berlin ( nail tech) never disappoints! He always does my nails exactly how I want it, charges an affordable price, and has great customer service. I highly recommend going to him if you want a certain nail inspo.
