LOVE this place! I called before I came to make an appointment (highly recommend they’re busy!!) and Jon is the bomb! So sweet and explained prices and services, not rushing you to just come in! I recommend getting there a little early as I was late looking for parking. (Street parking) EVERYONE I spoke with in the salon was SO nice and accommodating. The customer service here is 1000/10 Chloe was my artist/tech and she absolutely killed it. Imma put the inspo pic in here just so yall can see how my girl SLAYED! The attention to detail and nail care is amazing and the art work speaks for itself! They offered a cute lil drink with my service overall vibes here is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The Best!!! It was My first time ever getting my nails done and Sophia did not disappoint at all. She is the sweetest and took her time but still finished in great time! I’m obsessed with my nails, Jasper is incredible. I came to Kiara Nail Spa for a Gel-X full set with an inspiration photo, and he elevated the idea in the best way. He recommended the perfect nail shape to make the design look sleek and balanced, and he helped me choose a shade that complemented my skin tone while still making the metallic details pop. What really impressed me was how gentle he was during removal/take-off. My nails are super sensitive, and he took his time, checked in throughout, and made sure I was comfortable. The whole process felt calm, detailed, and never rushed. I genuinely enjoyed the whole experience and left with one of the best nail sets I’ve ever had! So clean and elegant. I found Kiara Nail Spa shortly after it opened, as I needed a salon that was a little closer. I believe my first appointment was for my birthday nails, which I LOVED & got lots of compliments on. That was in July & I’m currently sitting in the chair writing this as I get a pedicure, lol! I keep coming back because of two things: the talent & the customer service. I can honestly say that I’ve only ever had one not-so-good experience and it was fixed before I left the salon. My go-to nail tech is Minh & when I tell you he can execute anything, I mean that so wholeheartedly. My nails always last for a least a month! Claudia was great! She replicated the exact design I wanted and was super friendly + kind throughout the whole experience! Every time I have been to Kiara it has been an amazing experience and I have never brought in a nail design that was too difficult for the awesome techs to do perfectly! Can't recommend more!
