We had such a wonderful experience bringing our 6-month-old in for her first haircut. Gloria was incredibly understanding and patient, making the entire visit feel calm and stress-free. She took her time, worked gently with our baby, and truly showed how experienced and caring she is with little ones. We especially loved the thoughtful touch of the first haircut certificate — such a sweet keepsake that meant a lot to us as parents. From start to finish, the experience felt welcoming, accommodating, and handled with so much professionalism and kindness. We couldn’t have asked for a better first haircut experience and are so grateful to Gloria for the care she showed our baby and our family.

I had a very bad experience with my baby’s FIRST haircut. This salon claims to specialize in kids, but the haircut my baby received was extremely uneven and nothing like the photo I showed. Once the hair dried on our way home, the mistakes were obvious and honestly shocking, especially in the front. The receptionist was the one who cut my baby’s hair, and despite my baby was staying calm the whole time, the result was terrible. This was supposed to be a special first haircut, and it was completely ruined I’ll attach photos so other parents can see what we were left with, of course with his wet hair when we left looked good, but we realized the uneven and horrible haircut later 😞
