I don't know who's at fault here and it's not my issue to fix. But if the site "Booksy" say time is available and I book it, I expect to have an appointment and I expect to attend or pay a cancellation fee or miss my appointment if I'm late. Well the times wasn't available AT ALL on this site and as a business owner WE/YOU have to take more pride in ensuring we are servicing our customers. No I have not gotten any services done here but I did book an appointment on a site that the business is on, and NOTHING was available during my booking date at all... Go figure...
