I stopped by to pick up my cyber Monday online order. Tony is amazing. We talked about KIEHL’S products and I shared that I was still exploring their stuff and trying them on me. She gave me samples of products which I didn’t try yet. That was very helpful. She also did some skin test on a special machine which one I didn’t even know to exist in these stores. Tony explained me my skin condition. I’m really satisfied and happy to meet Tony as my assistant today. That was fabulous.

Experienced amazing customer service from Morgan who helped me understand the entire portfolio of Kiehl's products, and answered all of my questions. Will be returning!

I have been to this location a few times and I had a great experience. Lance was very friendly and outgoing. He made me feel comfortable and not rushed at all. He gave me a skin consultation and explained the results while making product recommendations.

Staff are always helpful! Go here every year around the holidays because my mother likes their stuff. Been located in the neighborhood for years, it’s almost a staple now (90% of the original businesses are gone)

I first want to say that I did not have the best experience at this store years ago when I went, and was turned off from going back for quite some time. However after my visit this past Thursday afternoon, my faith has been restored! Stephanie at the Brooklyn Heights location was absolutely incredible, and I’m thankful for guidance on the products I not only knew about but the products that I was potentially interested in. She was so polite, helpful, and a great representation of the company. Thank you again Stephanie and I will be back!
