Kim seems wonderful. She helped me pick out colors and advised me on the technique they would use. The shop is cute and cozy. I was so happy to have found a little gem so close to where I currently live. But it was her male employee that worked on me. He was aggressive, angry, and rough. He doesn't acknowledge you. When he must talk to you, he's abrupt and contemptuous. He rushed the job. I have short nails with no tips or demanding embellishments...this was not complicated. He sandblasted the old paint off and removed natural nail with it and painted directly over the dust. At one point he filed so hard he abraded the cuticle which bled. He was competent enough to produce an acceptable outcome (for now), but no one should have to hand over hard earned money for such unprofessional beha

I’ve never had any issues with Kim, but the man there does NOT need to be in this business. Will never go back!!

Kim is wonderful, gentle, artistic, and fun to talk to. I will be a regular customer from now on.

10/10 service, hands down best nail salon in the area Kim does amazing work and I’ll forever be a regular now 😊

Nails, have always been very happy Never had any problem with my nails always. The only place I go to for my nails. Highly recommend this location.
