Kim Nail Spa

Nikki (owner) is awesome! She had to go behind work that another nail tech did at another nail shop here in Hot Springs. I hated that she was closed during the winter storm; I had to get nails repaired and such, so I cheated on her. 😆 At any rate, cuticle work is very important to me and Nikki made sure I was happy when I left her shop/salon. Thank you! 😺

I just started coming to this shop now for two months because my nail tech that I’ve had for 20+ years just moved to this shop (Rose) I must say the shop is very clean. Great atmosphere, very friendly. I just meet Kim and Henry and they are very nice. Kim does an awesome job on eyebrows, lashes and brow tinting. And my pedicure that Henry did was a fabulous job!! And of course my nail tech Rose always gets the job done! Nail care is on a whole another level! I recommend you try Kim Nails Spa! You will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love coming to Kim Nail Spa! Rose is my nail tech, and she NEVER disappoints! Everyone in the shop is really nice, helpful and talented! & if you want the best lashes and brows, definitely let Kim hook you up! The way she transforms brows is amazing! Ask for Henry if you need a pedi, he does the best pedicures hands down!!!

Today was my 2nd time at Kim's. I have been beyond pleased with my service. Rose is new to the spa but has been taking care of me for over 18 years! This nail shop is very clean and customer service was great!!

The owner is super rude as soon As I walked out the door from getting my toes done, one of my acrylic toes popped off same day within seconds of paying went back in. I didn’t want them to fix it Because I was over it at this point I just wanted a partialrefund. She declined me toes look sloppy and not done right I do not recommend this place To anyone!!! Absolutely terrible customer service and overpriced!
