I had a great experience at this nail shop! The staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive to detail. The shop was clean and relaxing, and my nails came out exactly how I wanted. They're beautiful and well done. I really appreciated how they took their time and made sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality nail services.

I have been coming here for several years now. The quality of work is great and they are very helpful. It’s very clean and pretty inside. I am always pleased with the results. I went to several different places in town before I found Kim’s. They are much better than the competition.

I do not recommend any services. If you don’t look like money they act like you’re not supposed to be there. On an off day some people like to be comfy. Won’t be returning my usual is Nail Max Spa they are always friendly 🥰

I've been coming here since the summer of last year and I never leave disappointed. I get compliments on my nails all the time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new nail place.

Terrible experience. My first visit and this place ruined my day off work with the worst nail job EVER! I should have left the moment I noticed the smell of cigarette smoke and AC not workin. They don't comply with OSHA standards by not using disposable files and buffer. The nail tech butchered my cuticles, they were bleeding for hours. The tech was not sanitary about my bleeding cuticles. I can't imagine how he handled others potentially spreading diseases! Overall sloppy and unprofessional job. Nails wide and clumpy! They had to audacity to charge me full price and expect a tip?? They need to be shut down!
