They have always been awsome.! They remodeled again and the atmosphere is super relaxing and new massage chairs. I always call for an appointment and they get me right in. The services are wonderful. I love the pedicures and the massage they give on the legs!! The staff is always so sweet and friendly. I will keep coming. Customer for several years. Great job Kim Nails! Love it here!😍

Got my first service at Kim Nails today, acrylic full set done by Kevin! He was incredibly careful and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable at every step. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, making the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. My nails look fabulous, thanks to Kevin’s exceptional skill and artistry. He asked lots of questions and educated me about best options for me to have long lasting nails that don’t lift/break. My first time into Kim nails i made an appointment and they got me right in i showed the man what i wanted and it was a lavender purple and pastel green french. He didn't even do a proper fill i can still see my lifted set and a lil piece of new acrylic that didn’t even cover my nail. He didnt get off my previous polish and you can see it clear as day on my nails. I thought maybe hes having a rough day and so i kept my mouth shut. Here are the pictures of what i wanted vs what i got… horrible job. Will not be returning

Got the first set done on Saturday, not even a week later they were peeling like this. Just got acrylics, nothing fancy. This has happened once before at another studio, it’s when it’s not cured long enough. No biggie. So called them to fix it, catch them an hour before close, said I just wanted to take the polish off and do a clear coat with just the designs, they said the designs (that they messed up with cure time) would cost me $10 to re-do. I said no, because I wasn’t going to pay for their mistake, then once I was done they hadn’t taken the polish off the ends and he told me it would be $5. I said it’s $5 to fix you guys mistake? He started getting angry, vibes were just off with the whole place. Not a big fan of having to pay for other peoples mess ups ✌🏻
