Kim Nails

I have went to this place then quit because they rush, and cut you every time, not just once either. This is was my “fixed” nail because I went in three days ago got a full set while the person cut me 5 time and my left middle finger nail fell off. And now my nail is pointed up and was rush through getting it fixed. I will not be returning due to the horrible rushed service, and the fact they talk bad about you right in front of you.

Had a bad experience my first time here. Asked for a full set french tip. The whole time I felt like the nail tech was rushing. Nicked my skin 2 times with the drill, didn’t say sorry, and blood got into the polish and it was never wiped. Days later multiple nails hurt as she also was very rough when filing the edges. Nail length and polish uneven, some longer than others.

I love Kim's Nails. They do great pedicures in amazingly comfortable massage chairs. It's like a little spa time. The ladies are so nice and a cool with me being anti social. Im not a big talker. I have been going for years and they have never let me down.

I asked very politely for them not to cut my big toe nails, I cut them at home already. (I get infected ingrowns easily, and I know how to fix them, they need to be cut just right, she said okay) When I looked away she still cut and a long piece of skin came with and I yelled ouch that hurt! All she said was “I know you’re scared it’s okay, just relax I take care of it” I was very pissed. I am now currently at home trying to fix my toe, and I’m in a lot of pain..

I never go to this place on my own accord, i only went because my mom was taking me out for my birthday and this is her spot. They burnt me with the hot towel and they lady scratched me with her nails. I've come here in the past, again with my mom treating me, and they always cut me causing me to bleed. If you're looking for a cheap pedicure that'll rush you out the door and results in bodily injury then this is the place for you. But if you want to actually be treated and have a spa service I'd recommend any other place. This place is trash, with trash service, and trash workers.
