Kim Nails

Customer service was awful. My Services was pedicure and manicure. They started on my pedicure. Two females walked in, and they proceeded to Do their nails then try to circle back around to me when there was two nail techs available and when I spoke on that, can you just say oh we want somebody else to do your nails? and I asked so you want me to wait for this particular person why you have two nail techs available and I have somewhere to go. I will not be returning to Kim nails

Sometimes it doesn’t pay to try new places. The collar book didn’t match the actual colors of the nail polish. Automatically thought I was gel polish without asking. Did not do a full foot massage though I paid extra for it. Did not oil or lotion feet after pedicure. Then, when pain, they are insistent or persistent on you giving them a tip, I will not be back

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS NAIL SALON! I received a colored acrylic fill-in 3/19 which reportedly last 3-4 weeks. By 3/24, one of the nails was lifting. By 3/26, a second nail started lifting and this one was even worse and I planned to revisit the salon on Saturday, 3/29 due to my hectic work/life schedule. However, by 3/28 the entire acrylic nail popped off on a 3rd finger. So yeah, I arrived to this salon 3/28 around 10am and I explained what happened. I was told to take a seat and one of the nail technicians proceeded to take off the lifting nails and filed down the acrylic around the cuticles of the other 7 fingers. Once done, she said that my total would be $60 for her to repair my 3 nails and do a fill-in (mind you I had just paid for a fill-in 3/19). I explained that I would

If I could give this place 0 Stars I definitely would.. They are the complete absolute worst the lady had an okay attitude at first but then she started rushing through my nails like she had somewhere more important to be.. I noticed a couple of my nails we're not smooth they were Lumpy and had bubbles. So I asked her to fix it and she was trying to tell me there was nothing wrong with it and once I told her that I would not pay her if my nails were not right she started speaking in her language and laughing at me.. I went in here to get my nails done for my baby shower. I t was very important that my nails look good I also wanted a heart on one of my nails because my nails are blue and white nobody in there could do a simple heart the heart that they put on my nails look like a two-year-o

Horrible!!! I should have drove to the place I normally go too I only needed a quick overlay so my real nails don’t break. Yet they cut them down to nothing!! I also got charged the same price I pay when I get tips! How is that possible? This looks like I let my toddler put play nails on me for pretend. Please spend your hard earned money where it’s worth it!!! Will never come back or suggest this place to anyone!
