2 stars because they are dishonest and overcharge, but ultimately they gave me what I asked for.. washed my hair, trimmed my bob and straightened with the blower and Flat iron. Mind you, my hair was above my shoulders, and they only trimmed it…. I kept asking how much and they stalled until the end, when they told me it would be $95.00. Her explanation was that after covid they charge for each service done: the wash, treatment, haircut, blower, and then the flat iron. Never went back. Such a shame Lexio across the street closed down- same exact services were a total of $60.

Norka did an amazing job with my girl’s hair! She was so happy with how it turned out. Norka’s skills and attention to detail are incredible. Highly recommend her if you want someone who truly knows how to make you look and feel great!

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Extremely overpriced, horrible service. Unsanitary and very messy inside the salon. This place is run down inside and the workers are very unprofessional. Cut my hair in July and it’s January now and my hair has only grown about an inch. They charged $40 for bangs on a baby. Didn’t even wet my child’s hair or comb it just started cutting it, the cut was very uneven and they rushed it and I regretted going there. Save yourself the money and sanity and don’t go here.

I haven’t been here for a while but things still haven’t changed. my hair was washed in 2 minutes and wasn’t even treated properly. constant back and forth while in the middle of washing. when it came to blowing it out it wasn’t done the way I asked ( even shown a photo of my hair on how i wanted it) a lot of burning to my hair happened because the individual doing my hair was distracted. Also every week their price changes one week it will be 35 you go back in 2 weeks for same exact thing and they charge 60. the environment of the salon is messy and unorganized. unprofessional staff overall.

I came here in 2017 and 2018 and received a haircut from the owner. The experience was good. However, I walked in here January 2019, and told the staff I needed a haircut. She was doing one person's hair, and I was the only customer that was waiting. Without being told a wait time or to have a seat she'll be with me soon, I sat and waited patiently. 15 minutes passed and not a word to me. The staff was busy having a full blast conversation with the other customer, so not knowing how much longer I have to wait, I got up and left. Will find another salon where they take two seconds out of their conversation to let you know the wait time and to have a seat!
