Terrible customer service!! I walked in store and was not greeted nor acknowledged. While in the aisle looking a worker came in the aisle and just looked at me and did not speak nor asked if I needed any help. I felt not welcomed and left without purchasing anything. They never said a word! Why should I spend I spend my money there?

So TODAY i went to this hair store its not the first time either i spoke with a smile this lady had the nerve to roll her eyes and say what and what again i said hi how are you she again said what! There was a man in there looking for something so i knew she understood me when i spoke but instead it was what not hello not one time!!!!! Last week i went in they followed me all around the store like i couldnt shop in peace i couldn't believe what they were doing im pissed off i will never shop there again i gave them two chances i will be reporting them and letting everyone know about the Customer Service i received!!!

Despite the posted business hours on the door, they were not open at that time, leading to substantial inconvenience for me.

I like this shop, the employees gave me a fake bill and she didn't hesitate to correct the problem, it actually came from the bank and had been banded.. Hair products they have some good choices for all hair types and parking on side lot
