This place has very old merchandise…. bought a curling iron it is so old that the rubber on it is sticky gooey. Tried to return it and they refuse to give me my money back

It was okay. It's more of a clothing store than beauty supplies. They did not have a variety of crochet braids.

I've been coming here for about 14 years... I don't blame them for making sure the store is safe... But they are friendly and very respectful...

Don’t go here! Really unprofessional and don’t have sense. I went here this morning to get a wig for a special event. Well one, I felt like I was being followed around. I didn’t like that. I want to feel comfortable when I shop. Two, I felt like I was forced to get something but I was trying to be nice and let the owner pick for me. I had purchased and she said she was gonna give me a discount and didn’t really but I got it. Got home and wig was small. Tried to do everything I could. Called and she said no exchanged or refund and it’s adjustable. I told her I did all that but still nothing. I told her I would not be coming back and wouldn’t recommend to nobody!

Expensive products , was stared at then followed the whole time while in store im guessing because i was a black man in a hair store, and was asked was my real hair my real hair because it was curly im assuming. Overall drive a couple minutes further to go somewhere else. Hair depot is pretty good and has a huge selection.
