Excellent customer service, clean facility, and personable staff & technicians. I had acrylics done at another location; my nails were too thick and I was unhappy with the color. Don at Kim's Nails spent extra time cleaning up and correcting the other salon's work. He was diligent to ensure I was satisfied with the color I requested and confirm my nails were not too thick nor too thin. I will be returning and specifically requesting Don. I and my daughter also had pedicures done. The ladies were very sweet and did a GREAT job. We left feeling very relaxed and pampered. Rating: 10 / 10

Paid $105 for a gel builder set that I was told would last 2–3 weeks. After about 9 days, one nail completely started to come off, so I returned for a repair. I was not informed there would be a repair fee beforehand. After the repair was done, I was expected to pay and was laughed at for assuming it would be complimentary, despite the nail job failing in under two weeks. I was then blamed for the issue and charged $5. While waiting to pay, the staff repeatedly walked away from the counter and even asked if I “had money,” which was extremely unprofessional given I had already paid $105 for the service. Very poor customer service and lack of transparency. I will not be coming back.

1st time there and I had a very good visit. Mani and Pedi were done to perfection. I've forgotten her name but everyone looked like they were doing a good job, no problem at all. Customers looked happy. I'll be going back for sure.

I brought my aunt in for a manicure, but we had a very disappointing experience. The staff took one look at her nails and immediately said they wouldn’t work on her because her natural nails were “too long.” There was no attempt to discuss options, offer solutions, or even show a little courtesy. My aunt left feeling embarrassed and dismissed. I understand that every salon has its limits, but how you treat people matters. A bit of kindness and professionalism would have gone a long way. We won’t be returning—and I’d encourage others to consider how welcoming and inclusive a place is before booking an appointment.

The nail polish chipped off and the gentleman fixed it but now it is 3 nails and he won't refund me my money. And it was less than a week. Never again will I use them. I got them done for my wedding and he put a brighter color on after I showed him what I wanted.This was after I clipped and filed them cause they where growing out this should have never happened. You just lost a customer.
