Kim's Nails

The staff is very kind and welcoming. However, after only one week, (or less) my manicure gel polish is already peeling halfway off several nails. The service was nice, but unfortunately the products seem to be low quality if they don’t last even a week.

Modern & clean salon, techs all did great work and got 5 of us in last minute quickly. We had a manicure, two pedicures and two acrylic sets done.

After returning from Japan, I was inspired by the modern nail art I saw there and wanted to find a local salon to recreate those designs. My usual spot in Reseda was closed for the holidays until January 21, so I decided to look online for another option. I ended up at Kim's Nails Salon near my home, not expecting much—just a simple and plain fill. To my surprise, when I showed Kim, the nail technician, a picture of the design I wanted, she confidently said she could recreate it. I was shocked and thrilled when she delivered work that looked exactly like the picture! Her attention to detail and precision blew me away, and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Even better, when one of the stones fell off the next day, Kim fixed it for free, which speaks volumes about her customer

Well, I have a lot to say so if you want an honest review stop here to read and DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE!!! RUUUUUNN!! I called and made an appointment with a woman who spoke good english for a man/pedi, who I later found out is "Kim". When I arrived to the shop an older lady began my nails. She started clipping my cuticle and my finger bled, she wiped it on the towel my hands were hovering over and proceeded to do my nails. Just as she went to polish my nails she took out clear polish and polished over my bleeding skin in attempts to make my finger stop bleeding (this polish did not go in the trash I'm sure). Went to get a full gel x set and the service was amazing !! I called before hand to make an appointment and they were very nice/professional over the phone. The whole time while getting my nails done I felt comfortable and was treated wonderfully. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done for a reasonable price !! :)
