Kinetic, Brooklyn’s Hair Studio

Nathalie has been cutting and coloring my hair for five plus years and its never looked better. She somehow understands everything I suggest and is able to make it happen. She is a wash and go genius - I literally put product in my wet hair and it looks great everyday. I have really enjoyed watching her growth from working in a traditional salon to starting a single person shop that is now actively growing and fostering other stylist's development.

Jen (Jinx) has been my girlie for my very thick, curly hair for a couple years now. I have traveled different places to where she is because of her amazing attention to detail, talent and not to mention warm and loving personality. When I found out she was coming closer to my neighborhood I needed to book an appointment immediately. She’s truly such an amazing stylist and the experience was the most fun. Go to her for all your hair needs, seriously.

This review is for the girlies! Book with Jen Jinx. I have been following her for 2 years. She listens to your hair goals and also studies your hair to give you a realistic style. My curls!!! Plus I like to be in a warm environment. Me and my gal booked an appointment together and had the most fun. Of all the places I've booked with her, this is her best space.

My experience at Kinetic was awesome! I was booked with Madeline who bleached and toned my root growth. She treated my head delicately while still also being precise. I was in and out of the salon in under 3 hours- awesome!! The entire staff is super welcoming and easy going. Highly recommend!

I booked a new client bang trim and Madeline went above and beyond! The appointment was scheduled for 15 minutes but she generously spent longer than that with me talking through what I wanted and my concerns, and educating me about styling. I get nervous about changing my hair so I appreciated her kindness and patience so much. I also appreciated that she mentioned she used to work at a salon for thin/fine hair which is what I have.
