King Nail Supply

Came here cuz Ive heard they carry plenty of stuff. So I went just looking around to see what I wanted to buy and I went down this aisle not knowing its for staff only, since there is no sign or blockage stating its for staff only. And some guy yelled at me telling me Its for staff only. After that I just asked before I even walked to a certain space of that store if Im allowed to go there. I was definitely followed everywhere I went aswell. Made me super uncomfortable. Im scared to even go back. They aren't super welcoming here and are pretty rude.

First things first THIS IS NOT A BEAUTY SUPPLY ( Primarily Hair care, sprinkles of nail and make up products. A beauty supply store is usually all 3 ) THIS A NAIL SUPPLY. Lucky for me I am a nail tech, however today I was looking for hair supply not nails or make up. Employees at this location were nice however the girl at the front was not knowledgeable enough to be at the front desk of a nail supply location. This is just my opinion. The owner was at the location and she grabbed him and he was very smart and knowledgeable I was very happy about that. He told me he owns another store in la with more products. They have a HUGE CRYSTAL SELECTION SO I WILL BE BACK! They offer crystal boxes filled with crystals ( 600 PCs ) and a wax pen which I like. Although I think their crystal section

This is for my American customers that shop at King Nail Supply. I think it’s always fully stocked which I love but the customer service is terrible. I don’t understand why welcome, can I help you, please and thank you are such a challenge for the customers in your store. I hate going in there. I know you do too.

Guy was extremely rude !!! Right when I walked in the door, he asked me what I wanted and I told him I was getting a few things I wanted to look around all I knew for sure was that I was going to be getting some bits. Then he started asking me what size I want and I replied with. I don’t know because I was looking at other things then he just kept yelling at me to tell him what size so he said you know what let me just leave. Awful environment!!

I would write 0 stars is possible, do not come here. So rude and condescending. I came here and bought a product NEVER on the receipt did it say no returns. I called before hand and they told me that they do returns. Came in and the lady started yelling at me. 0 starts stay away!
