King Nails

I’ve been here a couple times & the last 2 was so terrible I had to leave a review. The biggest issue is the lack of comprehension because they don’t speak English. When speaking on my concerns—or what I want done to my nails- one time too many their energy has turned malicious & condescending cause THEY confused or simply put…their anti blackness starts showing & they become aggressive. Both of these ppl made it their motive to try to embarrass me because I was VOCAL about my service-not disrespectful- VOCAL. He told me he couldn’t fix my nail without a tip and I have an overlay over my real nails….he screamed and hollered to his coworkers, making a scene telling me he not do my nail-I MEAN VISIBLY MAKING A SCENE-only for him to have to because someone who speaks better English than him

Was out looking for a nail shop and stumble upon this location. And I'm so glad I did. I usually get my toes and nails done but I was very pleased how Kevin took time to give me a relaxing pedicure because it was definitely worth the wait.I rarely get my eye brows done and he mentioned the ladies do a great jobin here. Didn't have anyone in particular but I was next in line. And I must say I will be back to see Ms.Mary again for sure! I showed a pic for inspiration and she did not disappoint. Looks like I'll be a regular from now on!!

NO STARSS!! for starters I came yesterday got my feet done the lady didn’t do my feet correctly didn’t scrape the side and left a glob of paint on there didn’t clean the cuticle I came back today Poor customer service they're suppose to open at 10 pulled up at 10:30 sat in the car for an additional 10 minutes. made it inside for them to say the lady isn’t here today had me wait on a manger for him to be snobby and say they can only fix the paint walked off mid conversation to ask another person what they wanted done. someone else came in the shop you would think because I was here yesterday on to of waiting in line today they’d get me out the way.. NO he sat the lady that walked in down and started her feet never came back to let me know if they’d would start now or anything I walk over to

While I was getting a soak off I seen a tech dig in his nose multiple times and never wash his hands. He tried to drill my nails and I asked him to wash his hands and he looked at me strange so I repeated myself and told him I saw him digging in his nose. Instead of washing his hands the older guy who I assume is the owner I said something in their language and a different tech replaced him. He returned back to his seat never washing his hands and a few minutes later started on someone else’s nails. VERY DISGUSTING!

Even though they’re always busy they get you in and out without appointment. I like to come to this shop opposed to one closer to me in the suburbs because of the inexpensive prices and fast service. The lowest I paid was 80 for a full set while paying 130 for another at the place by me. Also the nails last a lot longer. These are my current nails after two weeks.
