I called at 11:15 asking if a specific barber can squeeze me in today. He said he was busy but said he could squeeze me in and to come by around 11:45-12:00. I get there at 11:45 and he cuts two individuals before I believe was my time to come to the chair. At 12:58, I asked if he was still able to squeeze me in but then he said he had to cut his client who had an appointment who was already 45 minutes late. I understand being busy, but please don’t promise people you could squeeze them in, tell them to come in, for them to wait well over an hour. Just be honest and say something to the effect of, “sorry I can’t squeeze you in but do you mind walking in to go to another barber?” I passed up at least 3 walk-in spots because I thought this barber was going to take care of me. Great establishment for barbers who wants to elevate their knowledge of barbering. The owner loves his craft and carries a sprit of excellence . He helped expand my mind to reach limits I never thought were reachable. I owe it to king cuts to say thank u for helping me see the business in a new light and skill set. I’m now instructing and have a YouTube channel all because the light that Mr.Baker and his team brought me .

Around a month ago, I showed the barber here named Naomi a clear reference picture of myself with the haircut I wanted, and wanted just a little bit off the top and sides. Unfortunately, that did not happen and she made it so that the sides were basically bald and there was too much hair at the top. Safe to say that my hair is now ruined for the next three months until my sides grow back, and the natural curls I once had are going to take a long time to come back. Please do not come to this place unless you can choose the right barber for you, or else your hair will also be messed up unfortunately

I walked in at 6 pm, there were 2 barbers and 2 other guys waiting. One of the barber asked if I had an appointment, I said no, and I asked if they were already closed, he said no, but tells me im going to have to wait. He seemed irritated for some reason. I proceeded to wait, because I get off work late and I have to get late haircuts. I saw that they closed at 7pm. Around 10 min to 7pm, he comes to me and asks me what type of haircut am I getting, and I said "just a fade," he looks upset about it, and asks if its a mid, or low, and I said a low fade, with a V shape, he turns around and just sighs upset..
