Very helpful. Store set up perfect as to b able to maneuver through it and find t things u needed. Assistant available but no one hovering over u. Excellent experience. Saw items interested in besides what I bought. Will visit in t near future. Thank you for a great experience ☺️💗

Customer service is great. Good prices some hair care products especially ethnic specific hair care products are significantly cheaper here than big box stores. Massive selection of hair and wigs. Great accessories. Purses shoes and clothes! They even have a nice purse with Michele and Barack Obama!

I was in town for a wedding and needed a quick fix wig that would work for me! I found that and many others that I would have purchased. The customer service was excellent and the owners were very kind! Plus they were playing Christian music which I loved that ! Will definitely stop by if I’m ever in town again

This store staff or so called "Manager" denied my wife access into the store to shop because my wife at the time had our newborn baby in a stroller and said to police (my wife called the police) "she look suspicious" and wanted my wife to leave our baby with A TOTAL STRANGER TO SHOP!!!!! I am a soldier at Ft Polk and my wife drove from Leesville to Alexandria and decided to go to this store and I respect private person property rights and his right to run the business the way he or she wants but to LIE ON MY WIFE AND WANTED HER TO GIVE OUR CHILD TO SOMEONE IN THE STORE TO WHOM WE DONT KNOW IS RIDICULOUS. I HATE TO THROW THIS WHOLE ESTABLISHMENT UNDER THE BUS BUT THATS HOW BUSINESS WORKS YOUR EMPLOYEES IS THE REPRESENTATION OF YOUR BUSINESS THIS PLACE SUCKS AND MY WIFE WAS DENIED BY HER SKI

You spend a lot of money and they compliment you with a sample pack of conditioning. Only went because a family member wanted to go I prefer Ebony's and I will continue to shop at Ebony's.
