This salon experience was the best that I have had in a very long time as a matter of fact I have never had a foot massage that good in my life but I will experience this again as soon as possible. I’m visiting from out of town and I use to go here back in high school and remember it not being terrible. But as of today….. Quality is terrible and they’re charging you ridiculous price for French short full set nails I could’ve gotta a long set for $95 in total including a gel pedicure, but I was charged $118. Even when I complained and asked for them fix things. NOTHING. My toes have paint around them and granted the girl who did my toes was learning but the owner husband and the owner did my full set. you can tell they really needed that $118 the nail polish needs a update. Go to grace nails across the street it’s pricey but you’ll get better quality.

This salon sucks. First Time I went, I had gotten my toes painted. The owner told me that they were dry and so I left. The guy who did my toes put a fan on gel polish. Last time I checked you were suppose to put a blue light on gel polish, but I am no professional so I didn’t question it. Anyway, as soon as I got home they were all messed up! I didn’t go back in because the guy was new and he worked hard, but I don’t think they ever trained him. I decided that I didn’t want to complain because I had been there prior times and they had done my nails well. I went again a few weeks later to get a gel mani pedi. I had called a day prior to set up an appointment in the morning so that my nails would be done for work. She asked me if I was okay with a dude doing my nails. I said yes, because why

Poor service! Understaffed! Limited name brand polish like OPI. I requested a pedicure with design but not told until after my nails were painted and ot was time to add the design, that the technician can only do polka dots and the other technician didn’t have time to add the flower I requested. Be wary! I will never go back to this place again!
