Never go into the salon late because they stop to care. I went in for a mani pedi appointment at 6pm but arrived around 5:45ish. The guy sat me at the pedicure station and I was left there for about 10 min before I said something. The water was cool, nobody checked it before putting me in it and I had asked them to change it. Then they had to stick a bucket between my legs to dump out the water. Everything felt rushed and careless during my pedicure and manicure. My manicure does not look good, it’s sloppy. My pedicure is okay. She burned my hands twice from being carless about the gel polish on my actual finger. I told her both times that it burns. I get that it’s the end of the day and people are tired but I am paying for a service and really wanted to enjoy something nice for mysel

I give Kiora nails the HIGHEST praise when it comes to my nails. I have been going to this salon consistently for almost a year now, and have been getting my nails done for a decade. First off, everyone working at the salon is so skilled. I have never ever had a bad set. Second, their pricing is great. My acrylic refills with gel range from $40-60 (I believe the range in pricing is due to the style and design). I have been to places where I have asked for the same service (no design) and was charged between $75-90! Also, there’s like 1000+ colors to choose from for your set! Third, the place is so clean, and the decor is so cute on the inside. It’s just so relaxing being there. There’s always cute baking videos playing on their TVs. Finally, there’s a parking lot!! This nail salon is amazing! I love the aesthetics of the place and how cute everything is. Everyone there is very talented and I have never been disappointed. They make my acrylic nails look super natural and perfect every time. And they are friendly and make it a point to get to know you and know your name. I love the little items they have for sale in the front of the shop and the cute couch and plants. My new favorite place.

First time going here and it was amazing! Prices are reasonable and I believe Danny did my nails, which he did an awesome job! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for gel-x nails!

First few times here felt rushed and sloppy. We were dumped in the pedi chair and waited with cold water for 20 mins and no one ever checked on us. Steps to pedicure routinely inconsistent - standard tasks frequently skipped unless you speak up. They are never on time with appointments so started making them first of day - waited in the dark almost 10 mins and when we asked what was going on we were asked to wait another 5-10 minutes! What?! Multiple customers on time and just standing there in dark waiting for employees to get it together - this is every morning. Customers schedule appointments at specific times for a reason; we made sure are on time (always early) and prepared, why aren’t you? If you open at a certain time you need to make sure your lights are on and shop ready to g
