Katie was so kind and respectful of what I asked for and didn’t get upset about me asking questions. She was very quick with it and still asked me how I was and said sorry over the littlest things which wasn’t her fault😂, we’re human. It was also my very first time in a hair salon and I’m 21. I got bangs for the first time in almost 13 years so my middle part was veryyy strong but she Katie still tired her best. Overall I adore her and her time to take work with me and my hair. Def 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Had an amazing experience! Having the opportunity to explain how I deal with my hair on the daily so my cut, color and product matched my needs. The color is absolutely beautiful dimensional and still velvety soft; amazing considering the mess of old colors I already had staining my hair. Cadence really is a great colorist

Kristen was amazing! I felt so well cared for. She listened to all of my hair concerns and addressed them by providing several options and suggestions that made perfect sense for my lifestyle. My cut was great and I rebooked at checkout because I was that confident I'd be back!!! Also I love that she suggested I try a sample bottle of new shampoo and conditioner as opposed to pushing a full sized bottle - I've never seen a salon offer that option and I definitely will use this in the future to test the product before committing!

Kristen was amazing! I called last minute for a quick blow out and style. The moment I walked in she made me feel like a regular costumer and very comfortable. On top of that her styling was perfect and lasted me all night for my event!

Incredible experience, I was late unexpectedly and they were so kind, understanding, and accommodating. Melissa was very professional and helped me achieve the look I was going for - but tailored it to my face perfectly. I asked for cleaned up ends, long layers and angling. When she asked if I wanted to keep the length I said yes, expecting at least 2-3 inches off like every other haircut I’ve had… but to my astonishment I can’t even tell that she took anything off. Yet my hair looks incredible AND HEALTHY!! (I’m still searching for split ends but I haven’t found any.) I’m obsessed and think this woman deserves her own private salon, she’s that good. Will definitely be coming back.
