I arrived for my appointment and was greeted with a warm welcome. I was got Senegalese twist. Louisa braided my hair and was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. Mrs. Josephine came in later and helped Louisa finish my twist. The outcome was truly a excellent job. If you want your Do done right. Please give them a call. I will be going back.

Ms Josephine completed pixie braids in my hair from 8am-3pm nonstop. She was very professional, very nice, very fast, doesn’t braid tight but the braids are secure, and I felt welcomed into her shop.Also she greased my scalp before braiding my hair and use minimal gel which made my scalp feel good and there was no build up of product. I enjoyed my time watching Netflix with her while she braided my hair. I liked the outcome of my hair, but one improvement I would suggest would be to tuck the natural hair which she did fix for me within a timely manner,I’ll definitely be back.

These ladies were very sweet & welcoming. They made you feel at home laughing & joking. Josephine did a great job on my braids. Very gentle & caring when it comes to your comfortability. Definitely recommend going there

Worst experience ever! First, and foremost they only take cash app or PayPal at a shop which is a freaking red flag. No legit business phone number. My appointment was at 8am, and she already had another appointment when I showed up exactly 15 minutes early. She was literally starting their hair, and I wasn’t too sure who’s hair she would be doing. Secondly the bathroom was disgusting. Third red flag she still haven’t started my hair, and a 9 o’clock appointment shows up.-which by the way I left the shop at 8pm because Josephine was only person doing the hair. She used crazy glue in my hair for box braids when they weren’t tight enough. After I cash app she starred through my soul. She didn’t know how to say goodbye nor good morning. Rude old lady.
