Please allow me to take you on this journey with me. So my daughter asked me what I wanted this past holiday season and I told her time and an experience with her. Well let's just say "She UNDERSTOOD the assignment"! She presented me with a gift certificate to Kla Sanctuary and the date was already set. Thinking it would be great to go with her I told her I was gifting the same to her so we could spend some Mommy/Daughter time together. She agreed. YAY! My girlfriend and I visited Klā Sanctuary for what turned out to be one of the most tranquil, peaceful experiences I’ve had in Kansas City. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the intention stone was such a cool touch. The Himalayan salt scrub was really unique. I’ve never seen anything like it before. The overall ambiance was exactly what we needed for a relaxing, restorative day. It’s great to see more creative, intentional local businesses like this popping up in KC. The most peaceful serene setting. Spent the day at the sanctuary, my favorite is floating in the mineral bath listening to the music underwater and feeling all the vibrations of the beat. Every viewpoint you see these beautiful flowing lines and textures of all these gorgeous neutral tones. It made my heart so happy! Finished with a matcha latte at Selah.

My boyfriend surprised me with a Spa Day and it was so Amazing! The staff was absolutely professional, warm and welcoming. The space from beginning to end was immaculate. I loved the relaxing atmosphere. We can’t wait to go again.
