I came in as a walk in and was treated like a regular! I am highly satisfied, my nails look fantastic and I appreciate Jade’s attention to detail. She also provided me with helpful advice about my nails and cuticle care. I’m so grateful I decided to stop in. I will absolutely be returning for all of future nail appointments.

If I could give 10 stars to Nancy and her professional work I would. I was a nail tech myself and I know quality work. Her staff all all so nice and friendly. They really care about their customers.

Back in October 2024 I stopped by this salon just to try it out. That gorgeous red almond. I’ve gone back a handful of times, but this last time let me down. I got a full set French and when I went back for my fill in he made them so thin literally all 10 of my nails cracked in that exact spot. Lost the first one 3 days after my fill. One by one all 10. Maybe I should have made an appointment so whoever was providing my services wouldn’t have rushed through to do a pedicure for the next client. The atmosphere was originally overlooked because my first two or three visits came with good nails. I don’t know her name, but the last time I was there she was sitting on the couch with her feet up and shoes off. She’s a little rude. Didn’t want to take my walk in and said out loud “uh uh not me. Elonaa was wonderful. Very friendly and loving. She made sure I was 100% satisfied with the service provided. She was very knowledgeable. Definitely I will come back to KN nails and Spa .😊

I’ve gotten my nails done here many times and always had a good experience! Definitely recommend Updated: I’ve been going to Nancy for over 2 years and she never disappoints!! She does my nails exactly how I ask
