I deleted my previous review with 5 stars and 737 views. My son was a client and Everything was great! Quick responses from the shop, always available very friendly. I sent a request to book an appt. I received a denied appt email. I responded promptly asking if it was due to the holidays...after waiting a week I sent another email...here it's is almost a week later and still NO RESPONSE. I understand that situations arise, scheduling changes but no or lack of communication is not very good for customer service. They did amazing work I'm just sorry that the customer service isn't the same..I can see why we need a Keith Lee of Hair lol

Absolutely AMAZING! Queenie is a true gem. She helped me learn about what my specific hair needs and how to maintain it. She uses natural products so she actually knows what’s going in your hair. And she is gentle with your hair. 10/10 recommend!

We MUST stop with the lack of professionalism in this community. Was very excited by all the great review. Got an appointment confirmation. Showed up on time despite not being sent instructions on how to find the place. No one is there. Called, texted, emailed. No response. Why do we do this??

I had an appointment for 10am and then they changed it to 9am, then I called to let them know that I was there, after 25 min I left. I will never recomend this place to anyone, they are very rude over the phone and so unproffessional, very bad buisness. Tracy
